Delete your account

Step Tomo by Foggo Apps, for iPhone, Apple Watch, Android and Wear OS

In the app (fastest)

On iPhone or Android, open Step Tomo and go to Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm. Your account and cloud data are deleted straight away. It can't be undone.

Only want to remove your backup and friends data but keep using the app? Use Delete my cloud data in Settings → Friends and privacy instead.

By email (no app needed)

If you no longer have the app, email support@foggoapps.com with the subject "Delete my Step Tomo account". Send it from the recovery email or the Google or Apple email linked to your account, or include your friend code, so we can find it. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

Your account, its linked Sign in with Apple or Google, and your recovery email
Your profile backup: your name, pets, coins, items, collection and settings
Your walk summaries (date, duration, steps, distance, finds)
Your friends, friend requests, blocks, waves and the reports you made

What is kept

Reports other players made about you are kept for up to 90 days for safety, then deleted.
Purchase records are kept by the store that sold them (Apple App Store or Google Play) and by our purchase provider RevenueCat, as needed for billing, refunds and legal records.
Data stored on your own phone and watch stays there until you delete the app.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Apple Account settings or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
