The farm

Does the farm keep working while the app is closed?

Yes. Your crew keeps planting, watering and picking while you're away. Each bed banks a full crate of harvest, and the crew replants it with the same seed. When you come back, collect the crates to make room for more.

How do I get more Squishables on the farm?

Call new ones from the farm. Squash two of the same rank together to rank them up. A higher rank works faster.

Where do the hats come from?

Buy hats in the farm shop, then tap a Squishable to put one on. There are fifteen, from a little sprout to a golden crown. A couple can only be earned, like the golden sprout from the almanac. Hats are just for looks.

What do Old Gus and the town want?

Old Gus drives in to collect deliveries from the silo. The regulars in town send daily orders and weekly markets. Filling them earns coins to buy more beds and decorations.

The pot

How does the pot work?

Drop Squishables into the pot. When two of the same colour touch, they squash into the next species. There are sixteen to discover. The run ends when the pile pushes on both sides of the pot for too long.

How does the daily challenge work?

Everyone in the world gets the same Squishables in the same order that day. You get one scoring try, and scores from iPhone, Android and the web share one board. A new challenge starts at midnight UTC.

Saves and devices

Do I need an account?

No. Squishables plays offline and saves your farm on your device. There's nothing to sign up for.

Will my farm move to a new phone?

Your farm is saved on the device, so it moves with a device backup and restore (iCloud or a computer backup on iPhone, Google backup on Android). Deleting the app deletes the farm. Purchases are tied to your Apple or Google account, so restore them on the new phone.

Purchases and ads

How do I restore my purchases?

Open the premium shop and tap restore purchases at the bottom. Remove Ads and other one-time purchases come back for free on the same Apple or Google account.

What does Remove Ads do?

It's a one-time purchase that turns off the banner and the ads between runs in the pot. Rewarded ads stay, but only play when you choose to watch one for a bonus.

I bought tokens but they didn't appear

Close and reopen the game with an internet connection, and the store will finish the purchase. If they still don't show up, email us with the date and the receipt from Apple or Google.

How do I get a refund?

Payments go through Apple or Google, so refunds do too. On iPhone use reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, open your order history in Google Play.
