Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Squishables, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Description of Service
Squishables is a farm and merge game. It plays offline and needs no account.
In-App Purchases and Ads
Squishables is free to play and may show ads. Optional in-app purchases, such as removing ads or buying in-game items, are one-time purchases and are not subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Purchases are managed and refunded through the App Store or Google Play, according to their policies. In-game items have no cash value.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, cheat through, or interfere with the app or its leaderboards.
Intellectual Property
Squishables and its original content, art, music, and features are owned by Foggo Apps and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer
Squishables is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Game progress is stored on your device and may be lost if you delete the app or lose the device.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foggo Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Squishables.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The new Terms will be posted on this page.
