By accessing or using Tidy Cam, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years of age, or have parental consent to use the app
• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use
• You agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Tidy Cam grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the app on devices you own or control
• Use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes

This license does not allow you to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the app for any commercial purpose without permission

When using Tidy Cam, you agree to:

• Use the app only for its intended purpose of organizing and managing your photos
• Not attempt to manipulate app data or bypass any restrictions
• Not use automated scripts, bots, or tools to interact with the app
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Tidy Cam requires access to your photo library in order to function. By granting this access, you acknowledge that:

• Photos are only accessed and processed locally on your device
• We never upload, store, or transmit your photos to any server
• You can revoke photo library access at any time via iOS Settings

Tidy Cam offers premium features through the following purchase options:

• Monthly subscription: $1.99/month, auto-renewing
• Lifetime purchase: $9.99, one-time payment
• Free trial: 3 days for new users

Regarding subscriptions and payments:

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing; existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any changes

Tidy Cam's free version displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. Please be aware:

• Ads are removed for premium subscribers
• We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements
• Ad providers may collect anonymized data in accordance with their own privacy policies

All content in Tidy Cam is protected by intellectual property laws:

• The app name, logo, and branding are our trademarks
• All artwork, UI designs, and icons are our copyrighted works
• User interface elements and visual designs are protected

You may not use our intellectual property without written permission, except as necessary to use the app as intended.

Tidy Cam is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties that the app will meet your specific requirements

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the app functions properly, but we cannot guarantee perfect performance on all devices or in all conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We shall not be liable for any loss of photos, data, or other content
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the app or subscription

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

You may stop using Tidy Cam at any time by deleting the app from your device.

We reserve the right to:

• Terminate or suspend your access to the app for violations of these terms
• Discontinue the app or any features at any time without notice

Upon termination, your license to use the app ends immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability survive termination.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top will be revised
• Material changes will be communicated through the app or App Store update notes
• Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms

We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed about your rights and obligations.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
