Please include your device, operating-system version, and what you were trying to export. Do not attach a private photo unless you are comfortable sharing it.
What can I import?
JPEG, PNG, HEIC, TIFF, and supported camera RAW files. Drag and drop works on Mac; the system photo and file pickers are available on iPhone and iPad.
Why use another photo for metadata?
An edited export may have stripped EXIF data. Choose the matching original or RAW file to read richer camera settings without replacing the visible photo.
How does Premium work?
Two successful exports are free. The $2.99 one-time Premium purchase unlocks unlimited exports and Premium controls.
Does one purchase cover every device?
Yes. The non-consumable purchase is available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac when you use the same Apple Account. Use Restore Purchases if it does not appear automatically.
Where did my export go?
On Mac, the exported file is revealed in Finder. On iPhone and iPad, Shot HUD opens the system share sheet so you can save or send the finished file.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. The app processes selected photos locally. Read the full privacy policy.
