The short version
Shot HUD does not collect, transmit, sell, or use your personal data for tracking. Photos and videos are processed locally on your device.
Photos and files you choose
Shot HUD accesses only the photos or files you explicitly select or drop into the app. They are used to read available camera metadata, build previews, and create your exports. Temporary working copies remain in the app’s local storage and are removed by the app’s cleanup process or when the app is deleted. Foggo Apps does not receive these files.
Information stored on your device
The app stores small preference values locally, including the number of successful free exports and your Premium entitlement state as reported by Apple. These values are used only to provide the app’s features and export limit.
Purchases
The one-time Premium purchase is handled by Apple through StoreKit. Apple processes payment and account information under Apple’s privacy terms. Shot HUD reads product and entitlement information from Apple so it can unlock Premium; Foggo Apps does not receive your payment-card details.
No accounts, ads, analytics, or tracking
Shot HUD has no Foggo Apps account system, advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, or cross-app tracking. The app does not use your photos to train machine-learning models.
Exports and sharing
Exports are saved to a location you choose or passed to the system share sheet at your direction. Any service you choose to share with has its own privacy practices.
The Shot HUD website
This policy primarily covers the app. When you visit foggoapps.com, the hosting provider may process ordinary web-server information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamps for security and delivery. If you email support or submit the Foggo Apps contact form, the information you provide is used to answer you; the contact form is processed by Formspree. Website activity is not linked to your use of Shot HUD.
Children
Shot HUD is a general-audience creative tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version and effective date will appear on this page.
