Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 27, 2026
The short version: Tilt Pool does not collect, store, or share any personal data. Your scores and settings stay on your device. Ads are non-personalized — no tracking.
Data We Collect
None. Tilt Pool does not collect personal information, request your name, email, location, contacts, photos, or any device identifier. We do not run analytics. We do not know who you are or how you play.
Local Storage
The app stores game state on your device using Apple's standard local storage (UserDefaults / PlayerPrefs). This includes your high scores, audio preferences, control style, and whether you've completed the tutorial. None of it leaves your device.
Advertising
Tilt Pool shows ads from Google AdMob to support the free version of the game. Ads are configured as non-personalized only:
- Your Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) is not shared.
- Ads are contextual — they are not targeted based on your past behavior or any profile of you.
- No App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt is shown, because the app does not track you across other apps or websites.
- Google AdMob may receive standard, non-identifying network information (such as your country and device type) needed to deliver an ad. Google's privacy policy applies to this network exchange: policies.google.com/privacy.
Apple's privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork is used for ad attribution (so Google can confirm an ad led to an install). SKAdNetwork is anonymous and does not share any personal information.
In-App Purchases
Tilt Pool offers an optional one-time "Remove Ads" purchase ($4.99 USD), handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not see, receive, or store your payment information. The only thing the app records locally is whether the purchase has been completed.
Removing Ads
Once the Remove Ads purchase is complete, the app stops requesting ads from AdMob entirely — no further calls are made to Google's ad network.
Children
Tilt Pool is rated for all ages. Because the app does not collect personal information and does not show personalized ads, it complies with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and analogous regulations in other jurisdictions.
Third Parties
The only third-party service Tilt Pool integrates with is Google AdMob (for non-personalized advertising). Apple is the platform host but is not a third party in the privacy sense — purchases and app distribution go through Apple's standard App Store mechanisms.
Changes to This Policy
If the app's privacy practices change, this policy will be updated and the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Material changes will be reflected in an in-app notice as well.
