Start an open session and jump until you're done, or set a jump goal or a time. HIIT runs work and rest intervals, by time or by jumps, and tells you when to go and when to rest. While you jump, a pixel-art character with a big head jumps rope on screen. It starts in the Jump Studio. Venice Beach unlocks with Jump Coins you earn by jumping: people stroll the boardwalk behind you and the Ferris wheel turns. Dress your jumper in the character shop, with outfits, hair and six skin tones. History shows a heatmap of the days you hit your goal, charts for jumps, combos and pace, and every workout you've saved. Personal records, levels and badges mark your best. Daily, weekly, monthly and level leaderboards are there if you want them, and you can keep your scores private. The Apple Watch app shows today's jumps in a chunky pixel ring with a little jumper, runs its own workouts, and opens by itself when you start a workout on your iPhone.
